Mexican Drug Cartel 'Queen-pin' Got Prison Botox

When i play word association with the Mexican Drug Cartel, i end up with words like "ruthless", "desperate" and perhaps "greedy", however the alleged leader of the Sinaloa cartel, Sandra Avila Beltran, is literately changing the face of the Mexican drug trade.
Since being arrested in September of 2007, Sandra Avila Beltran has called the Santa Martha Acatitla prison in Mexico City her home, and apparently shes getting a little to comfortable around the cell blocks...

Believe it or not, the alleged "drug queen-pin" has been receiving botox injections behind bars! So much for hard time...

These recent revelations have sparked an investigation by Mexican officials, sleuthing out how a doctor was able to perform this "unauthorized procedure".

Mexico City District Attorney Miguel Angel Mancera said...
The investigation will focus on the possibility that a public servant committed a crime, according to the complaint made by the prison authorities.
So what have we learned about the Sinaloa drug cartel? At least one of their alleged leaders can't be spotted with a wrinkle inside a correctional facility...
