Ali Lohan is the delightful younger sister of Hollywood jail bird Lindsay Lohan, perhaps better known for the never ending rumors of plastic surgery, which seems to be heating up again after photos surfaced of her looking very full while donning a pinstriped bathing suit.At the ripe age of fourteen is when we first started hearing about the plastic surgery speculation, which began with Ali Lohan's lips exploding into something we've seen quite often from her role model sister Lindsay Lohan.
